Vehicle Flood Damage Disclosure Form
LSA-R.S. 32:1265; 32:1270.3; 32:1270.15 , and 32:1270.27 requires the disclosure of flood damage to a new or used motor vehicle, recreational product, motorcycle, all-terrain vehicle, or marine product. The LMVC provides this form to assist in making the required disclosures. Please feel free to use this form. Retain a copy of the executed form should in the deal jacket, as well as providing your customer with a copy.
NOTE: If the vehicle has sustained damages as equivalent to seventy-five percent or more of the market value as determined by the most current National Automobile Dealers Association handbook, refer LSA-R.S. 32:702 and 32:706.1
