LSA-R.S. 32:1265; 32:1270.3; 32:1270.15, and 32:1270.27 requires the disclosure of flood damage to a “vehicle.” The LMVC provides you with this form to assist you in making the required disclosures. Please feel free to use this form. You should keep a copy of the executed form in the deal jacket, as well as, providing your customer with a copy. NOTE: If the vehicle has sustained damages as equilavent to seventy-five percent or more of the market value as determined by the most current National Automobile Dealers Association handbook, see LSA-R.S. 32:702 and 32:706.1. ************************************************************************************************
